A Study of the Association between Job Performance and the Human Factor of Doctors Working in the Public Health Canter

Abstract
This study was conducted to find out attitudes and recognition to job situations of medical doctors who work in the public health center. The study group was composed of 154 persons.
The results obtained were as follows:
1. Questions regard to fulfillment of recognition to present job situation, most of the doctors answered acceptable. The score of job satisfaction according to job position were 3.45 below the age of 39, 3.70 over the age of 40 in directors; 2.88 below the age of 29, 2.89 over the age of 30 in administrative doctors.
The directors are more acceptable than administrative doctors. There are no differences by gee Oral characteristics such as sex, age, marital status, training status ect, among each sub-groups.
2. Questions regarding the identification of organization problems that deal with operationals, supervisional system, shortage of professional knowledge, and low salaries, respectively.
3. The order of methods of self-provision were professional administrator, training of academic specialist, degree in academic area, and promotion, respectively.
4. The prospectional roles and functions of the public health center in the future , were mainly enhancement of preventive activities and clinical services.
